Its awesome flying! But you need to make it for iPhone 5!!!! I have to use my brothers iPhone 4 every time I wanna fly it! Please make iPhone 5 compatible ASAP!

I love thing this, it works great and so does the app. Flies beautifully so far so no complaints other than the light on/off switch doesnt work...

One: lost my Bluetooth adapter, week 4 Two: found no replacements Conclusion: app needs built in Bluetooth Secondly: One: with bluetooth adapter, could not connect. (Simultaneously on and off)

It wont synch with my controller :/

I fully expected this to be terrible, at best. Turns out that this works great and is a blast. Id rather have a traditional handheld remote, but this is cool. Only real complaint is that the Light On/Off switch doesnt work.

I got a helicopter that uses this for Christmas, the first time I connected it, I had no problems and I was up and running in less than 60 seconds. Later, the transmitter was not working, so I took apart the transmitter to discover that there were some broken connections to the headphone jack. I quickly soldered them back together, and the transmitter began working again. I havent had any problems since then. I thought this was going to be boring and dumb, but its a really fun way to kill time. Nice work!

Transmitter doesnt work unless I have my music app playing a song. Even then it has a mind of its own. I have zero control of the control functions.

Just like most of the previous reviews. Its not hard to fly if you have any experience at all. The silly light button absolutely does not work. The light blinking all the time is annoying!! Needs a bug fix! Other than that a fun toy!

Simple and easy U.I.. After a few fails of getting to know the controls of both the controller and helicopter, me and my nephew are both happy with this. Btw, hes 6 and can operate this thing, so for the ones that cant, go the school!

I love this helicopter but ill give five stars to fix the light switch!!!

This Mota helicopter is awesome!! With that said, the smart phone controls are a nice idea but not good. If you get a text message or any sort of push notifications your heli will crash! Spend $10 and get the real controller from the website then its flying really comes to life!

Does not work with iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1. I mean nothing. The light on the phone transmitter also does not come on. The helicopter with its lights flashing is a great showpiece.

I loved the app until I upgraded my iPhone to a 5 now it no longer works. Please make an update for us iPhone 5 users so the next time I can give you 5 stars

Mota Toys Customer Service told me to use this app to play with their Copter! It didnt work at all! So 2 apps and none of them make the Copter fly! Bad apps and bad product perhaps.

Where the fk do I get an s controller I used it before without it in 2012! 2014 comes and well the heck is an s controller?

I have no clue on how to use it do I need to charge the transmitter thing or do I charge the copter or both. Can someone tell me how to use it?
